VINEYARD VIOLIN

Rebecca Laird has extensive teaching experience from the beginning, pre-twinkle, stage through college level repertoire. Prior to moving to Martha's Vineyard Ms. Laird was an adjunct professor at the Peabody Conservatory of Music teaching string pedagogy to undergraduate and graduate music education majors.  She was on the violin/viola faculty of the Baltimore School for the Arts TWIGS program, the Greater Baltimore Youth Orchestra BRIDGES Program, the Waldorf School, the Park School, the Friends School, and served as long term substitute at the Peabody Preparatory Program.  She is a certified Maryland String Specialist and obtained a Suzuki Teaching Certificate.
